Dear All,

happy New year and may it be a healthy one!!

This friday is the first meeting of 2012 and we are welcoming a new therapist to Langport.

Helen who holds a weekly clinic at Bow house will be with us to discuss nutrition ,very useful after xmas excesses.

 She is very experienced in helping each client reach optimum health potential so I am looking forward to meeting her.

As usual we will also have a chat and a cuppa in our newly decorated Art Tea zen and discuss all manner of interesting things to do with making our lovely Town and us even more vibrant and happy.
