DECC have now published their response to the above which looked at FiTs in relation to wind, anaerobic digestion, micro hydro, micro CHP and scheme administration issues. One of the key results of this review is that the decision has been made to remove the energy efficiency requirement of EPC D or above for community projects, schools and further education projects. However, no changes will come in to effect until the 1stDecember 2012.
